Enjoy yourself sitting by the fireside and sipping freshly-squeezed orange juice or one of the many varieties of coffee and tea accompanied by the beauty of nature.

Completing the warmth of the rich variety of foods prepared with care for Sakliköy's village breakfast buffet are homemade soups, varieties of piping hot börek, omelettes and poached eggs made with village eggs, corn flour cizleme, dried plum sheets, cucumbers and tomatoes that have been picked ripe from the vine, and homebaked bread.

The  medley of flavors of the dishes prepared with the vegetables from our organic garden together with the olive bread baked in our own ovens and the homemade desserts and cakes is completely different in winter next to the fireplace and in summer in the open air!
Guests who are not members can only make use of the restaurant, cafe and bar  after 19:00 with reservations.

Sakliköy's bar can become a habit!

Relax in winter in a cozy atmosphere; in summer, enjoy yourself at the poolside.
After an enjoyable day, relax in our bar, where you will find a traditional bar culture and the quality to which you have become accustomed. Choose from the rich main menu a drink you like or have the drink of your star sign from our star sign menu while watching live sports broadcasts or listening to music from our colletions which have been prepared by world famous DJs.

Mahzen Restaurant ( The Medieval Cellar )
Mahzen Restaurant, with its medieval atmosphere and its authentic rituals, will enchant you. Spend an evening with your friends 500 years in the past, following the rules of the era. We can accomodate groups of hotel guests and outside guests from 25 to 110 people.
During the meal, eating utensils like forks and knives that did not exist 500 years ago are not used. Before the meal begins, a decree is read describing the way food was eaten and outlining the rules of food service. From that moment on, the guests who know the rules complete the atmosphere. Then come the bread baked in a wood stove, and soup that is served in earthenware dishes and eaten without using spoons. The restaurant was designed completely in the spirit of the restaurants of that era and is illuminated only by candles.

In the Organic Garden

The health source that comes from nature...

The organic garden project that was begun earlier in partnership with the Wheat Association since 2007 has continued at under the name of "Sakliköy—Organic Garden".
In the mean time in order to make productive harvests, various projects have been carried out in Turkey and abroad in recent years. Within the scope of the Ar-ge projects  more that 30 different kinds of produce are raised and served in the food made for guests at Sakliköy. Ideas have been exchanged with organic farming experts invited from Spain and with local farmers. The choice of seeds, soil quality fertilization and irrigation systems are all done in 100% compliance with the priciples of organic farming.
Since 2005 our garden has had IMO certification. Just as the foods raised at Sakliköy are used in the food. Between the months of May and November, organic fruits and vegetables will be delivered to the hotel guests from Saklikoy every Sunday.
